Quick Rawa Modak with a Mezmo gummy surprise inside!
Ingredients

½ cup almonds
-
½ cup cashews
-
¼ cup coconut (grated)

1 tbsp ghee
-
½ cup rawa (semolina)
-
½ cup saffron milk
-
½ cup jaggery
-
⅓ cup dry fruits mix
-
1 tbsp elaichi powder
-
mezmocandy gummies for stuffing

Extra dry fruits mix (for stuffing & garnish)
Step 1: Dry Fruit Base
Ingredients:

½ cup almonds
-
½ cup cashews
-
¼ cup coconut
Grind them coarsely → the nutty crunch for your modak magic!
Step 2: Roast & Toast
Add 1 tbsp ghee in a pan
➡️ Roast ½ cup rawa for 3–4 mins till golden and fragrant
Step 3: Kesar Magic
Pour in ½ cup saffron & milk slowly in batches
➡️ Stir in ½ cup jaggery
➡️ Add ⅓ cup dry fruit mix + 1 tbsp elaichi powder
Step 4: The Mezmo Twist
Now the fun part!
Grease your modak mould and hands well
➡️ Fill with the rawa mix
➡️ Tuck in a @mezmocandy gummy at the heart
➡️ Seal with more mix + a sprinkle of dry fruits
