Healthy Chocolate Bark with Mezmo Candy


Ingredients:
- Good quality dark chocolate (chopped) 
- Hemp hearts
- Mixed seeds (such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds)
- Mezmo Candy flavorful jellies
Instructions:
1. Prepare parchment paper.
2. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave. If using a microwave, be sure to stir the chocolate every 20 seconds to avoid burning.
3. Once the chocolate is completely melted and smooth, pour it onto the prepared parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate evenly to create a thin layer. The parchment paper should be large enough to allow you to spread the chocolate into the desired shape.
4. Sprinkle the hemp hearts and mixed seeds evenly on top of the melted chocolate. Gently press them down with your fingertips so they stick to the chocolate.
5. Now comes the star of the show - Mezmo Candy flavorful jellies. These jellies are a healthier alternative, free from white sugar, artificial colors, and preservatives, making them perfect for daily treats for kids.
